There are two Emergency Centers operated by Doctors' Hospital: one at the Main Campus and the other in Waterford, MI, at the Waterford Emergency Center.

The main campus’ Emergency Center is prepared to handle all medical emergencies 24 hours a day. The Emergency Center’s friendly, experienced physicians, nurses and technicians treat patients quickly and the average length-of-stay at DHM Emergency is below the national average. Most emergency patients will be seen immediately with no waiting at all. 
The Emergency Center Medical Director is Dr. Harrison Tong, who is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. At the 24-hour  Waterford Emergency Center, the majority of patients are less acutely ill, and are also seen and treated quickly.
