Hours for INJURY CARE Services (Walk-in)
Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm
(after 11pm, walk-in service available at Doctors' Hospital of Michigan's 24-hour Emergency Center, 461 W. Huron Street, Pontiac, MI 48341)
Includes drug & alcohol screenings, physical exams, DOT lab services during these hours:
Mon - Fri, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sat & Sun, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
*Walk-in Services Include:
· Post-offer, annual and executive physicals
· DOT physicals
· First injury care
· Follow-up injury care
· Return to work evaluations
· Case management services
· On-site diagnostic and laboratory testing
· On-site physical therapy
· Blood and urine drug testing
· Breath alcohol testing
· Body fluid exposure management
· Medical surveillance programs
· EKG’s, vision and hearing testing, etc.
· Worksite evaluations
